We are actively seeking stabilized and value add retail, multifamily, medical office, student housing and industrial assets.  Our investor base is diverse and includes family offices as well as institutions based in the GCC region and Israel.  Our principals have been involved in the acquisition of over $1 billion of real estate. 

Nike Equities develops real estate for its own account and on behalf of clients.     It has developed for national retailers such as Costco as well as cutting edge energy related uses.   We are currently focused on the NY-NJ metro area as well as Florida. 

Together with our affiliates, we manage or co-manage a portfolio of over $300 million on behalf of institutional family office and high net-worth investors.   Our current portfolio includes retail, medical office, office and hospitality.
