Louis has 30 years' experience in real estate and involvement in over $1 billion of real estate (including hospitality) transactions. Prior to forming Nike Equities, Mr. Lagios was a partner at Fidelity-AMG Realty Partners, LLC where he acquired retail centers with offshore funds and a Principal of GC Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique real estate investment advisory firm representing foreign investors acquiring real estate in the United States and Europe. Previous positions include Director of Sentinel Real Estate Investment Corp. where he established funds for Middle East based investors and Vice President of Investments and Counsel to ARC Properties, Inc/Tibor Pivko+Company and their affiliated REIT ARC Corporate Realty Trust. Before entering the real estate business, he was an attorney with the Roseland, NJ law firm of Brach Eichler where he practiced in the areas of real estate, REITs, taxation and workouts.
Louis graduated from New York University with a BA with honors and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Lagios is a member of the ICSC, Hellenic American Bankers Association and Arab Bankers Association of North America and a licensed NYS real estate broker. Mr. Lagios is also currently a Principal of Stateside Capital Partners and has served as a board member for a publicly traded bond fund listed on a foreign exchange.
Joe has over thirty years of multifaceted real estate experience including representation of prominent national retailers and energy companies in their acquisition and development of sites. For 20 years, Joe was previously a Principal of Northwest Atlantic Partners which exclusively handled site procurement for Costco Wholesale Corporation including Costco's expansion in Europe. Prior to Northwest Atlantic, Joe was a Senior Real Estate Manager for Stop & Shop Supermarkets (a subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize) overseeing site selection, development, and construction during a period of exponential growth for the supermarket chain.
Joe is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Construction/Engineering and is the owner of J.M. Montesano & Company, LLC which provides commercial real estate services to institutional and private clients including national retailers and firms in the energy sector. Joe is also a licensed real estate broker in the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Prakash is an advisor to Stateside Capital Partners, the Company's affiliated asset management arm for GCC investors in addition to being one of the Founding Members of Hampshire-Stateside, LLC, a joint venture between The Hampshire Companies and Stateside Capital where he serves as the venture's chief acquisition officer. Prior to starting this venture, Prakash worked in Middle East with industry leaders across Private Equity, Real Estate Development, Family Office Management, K-12 Education, F&B, Entertainment and Professional Service Companies. During his tenure in the GCC, Prakash has worked on large master plan developments in the region and has real estate investment experience in the US, UK, European and Dubai markets.
Prakash is a CPA from Virginia Board of Accountancy and a member of Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) India and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
Eric is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry and also the broker of record of ILG Realty Corp., a NJ real estate brokerage firm with a specialty in office and retail leasing. Eric has also acquired, co-developed and managed properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, Eric was a senior associate with Datek Online Holdings Corp and an investment banking Associate with First Public in Boston.
Eric graduated summa cum laude with an MBA from Babson College's FW Olin Graduate School of Business and has a bachelor's degree in finance from Babson College.
Prior to joining Nike Equities, Ben was an entrepreneur and founded his own company servicing real estate owners as well as an operations manager at Advantage Equipment Services which supported multifamily property owners. Prior to engaging in the real estate service industry, Ben owned an industrial plastics manufacturing company which owned and operated its own property and manufacturing facility in NYC. Ben was also a staff accountant at Kirshbaum, Urban and Tan.
Ben holds both a BS degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from SUNY Albany.
